COM Port Access Rights

The application does not show the COM ports!

At latest operating systems (since Windows Vista) the older installed applications (test programs, navigation programs, etc.) required special access rights. Start your application by clicking with the right mouse on the icon of the application and then click in the context menu and select "Run as Administrator". The COM ports will be appear.
